Dear Jay’s Inc., I’m having a hard time finding the words to tell you how much I appreciate what you have given me. The monetary value is easy to say thank you for. It is the intangible part that I’m not sure how to express. Jim and I always discussed things needing to be done or purchases to be made. He was the head of the household, and the final authority, but my opinion was always respected and taken into account. That is a kind of security that left when he died. Often, when we were talking about something regarding the house he would say he was going by Jay’s. I would tell him not to bother you since it was many years since you built our house. Then when the decision for the fence fell on me what did I do but call Jay’s. When Steve showed up with his list of my problems to check out, it was like a knight in shining armor to the rescue. (How do you like the visual for Steve?) I can’t really explain the feeling, but it was like you were all really there for me and it means more than I can ever truly express. I will continue to sing the praises of Jay’s Construction Inc. as I have for almost 17 years. Now when I say something about your company, the only comment I hear is, “I know they do excellent work and have only heard good things about them!” All I can say to that is Amen! Thank you again for being there.

We could not be happier. The crew made the whole process stress free. Everyone was professional, from Noel who guided us through the process, your office staff and their courteous efficiency, Bob who headed up the demolition team, Tom who is an artist with tile among his other talents, to all the rest of the crew. From start to finish the project was on or ahead of schedule and the site left neat and clean at the end of each day. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and others. Thank you again for a job well done.

Having lived in our ranch style home for 36 years, we had become attached to the surrounding farm land and the yard we had worked so hard to complete. Our home had become dated, however moving was not a choice we wanted to make. We chose to “remodel”. We had heard many compliments about Jay’s Construction knew of their excellent reputation and without hesitation chose them to give our home an updated look. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
The art of home building has changed dramatically over the years. We took advantage of Jay’s inordinate experience and design capabilities. This resulted in a state of the art kitchen with a free standing octagonal island and beautiful cabinetry, two remodeled “picture-perfect” bathrooms, and a master bedroom and bath that literally take your breath away. Jay’s Construction took us from aluminum to double pane windows, from sliding glass doors to wood French doors, from carpet to the latest in wide plank wood flooring and from tile to the highest of quality and workmanship in granite. Last, but by no means least, with the help of Jay’s engineering staff, we raised the ceilings in the great room, kitchen, dining and entry areas and connected them with bold archways…a touch of architectural ingenuity.
Jay’s Construction listens to their customers and turns those visions into reality…masterfully. They have made and indelible impression on their management and employees, as they were always knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The effort was not a challenge, but an exciting, fun, and rewarding experience! Without hesitation, we recommend them for any project you may be considering.

Approximately 5 years ago we had Jay’s Construction, Inc. do a complete kitchen remodel for us. The quality and the pleasant experience of that job reinforced the fact that we would look no further when the time came for a whole house remodel at another residence. They have recently completed this major remodel and once again we are extremely pleased. With that being our first time at such an ambitions project, Jay’s Construction walked us through the process with outstanding communication and professionalism. Our concerns were always met and their attention to detail was second to none. Their staff was always courteous and helpful and we enjoyed working with all of them.

We had been considering building a home for many years. During that time, we both looked and asked around. We wanted a home that was well built with attention to the details. Everyone we spoke to who had Jay's Construction build their homes had lots of GREAT things to say. They heartily recommended Jay's and told us in great detail why. Couple those recommendations with years of watching and liking their work, our decision on whom to build our home was easy.
We walked into Jay's Construction office in August 2008. By the first of July 2009, we started our lives in our newly constructed home!
Building a home is a complex project, but with the help of Jay's team, we really enjoyed the process. None of our novice questions were treated with anything less than respect and answered with well thought-out information. Having never built a home before, we were definitely educated as Jay's coached us through each step of the process. From beginning to end, designing our home plan to its completion, everyone at Jay's Construction were teammates with us. They helped us with design, permits, suppliers, contractors and just everything imaginable that comes with such an extensive project. Everyone working for and with Jay's, including their subcontractors and suppliers, is top notch. After we moved into our home, any questions we had about anything could be found in the home owner information binders they provided. If not, we called them directly. Any challenge has been fixed quickly and completely--they make it right. It is like your home comes with a lifetime warranty!
Jay's Construction is the only company in the Hanford - Lemoore area you want to build your home! We couldn't be happier that they built ours.

THANK YOU to Jay’s Construction, Inc.!
We have been fortunate to have Jay’s Construction complete a few remodel projects for us over the years. Our most recent was a “makeover” for an original 1950 bathroom that was on “THE LIST.” We are extremely pleased as the outcome is as we envisioned.
Jay’s Construction knows how to ease the transition into a remodel project with their professional and courteous office staff and onsite crew. We extend our appreciation to Jay’s Construction, Inc. for another successful remodel!
